Brief background:
Not much is known about her background except that she’s the Chairman of Horitsuba Gakuen and is also their Classic Literature Teacher. The glasses she wears is merely for show since she considers them to make her look more like a teacher.

Personality:
She’s selfish and does things just because they might turn out fun. She has a fun time with Fai teasing Kurogane. She also likes to twist situations around and see how they’ll turn out. Yuuko also has a habit of entering and exiting the school (not sure about other buildings however) through windows much to Kurogane’s distress. She also has quite a fondness for alcohol.
